The practice offers, Osteopathy, Cranial Osteopathy and Acupuncture. All therapies adhere to the principle of promoting health, well being and balance by stimulating and releasing the healing power within each individual, whether the cause of a particular illness is on a physical, emotional or spiritual level.

Practitioner Fred Carson is a fully qualified, and insured member of the General Osteopathic Council and the British Acupuncture Council. He practises in Carlisle and Hawick.

Practice hours are as follows:-

Carlisle : Mon 9am-6pm, Tues 9am-6pm, Thurs 2pm-6pm, Fri 9am-6pm

Hawick : Wed 9am-6pm
